Application:
Issue: A central help desk application receives data from users as to issues. The help desk group have set targets for responding/fixing issues. The volume of ‘issues’ held in the application means that it is not always possible to track which ones are becoming over due. A report can be printed but it is time consuming to review.
Solution: was to take the report data stream and parse it with Spinner which identifies the issues about to become critical and issues an automatic email to the appropriate management on a daily basis.
