Application: Monitor Oracle log files for specific error conditions.

Issue: A manual visual check process was required to scan the log files on a screen to check for critical messages. The volume of data required hours of operator time and some times critical conditions were missed resulting in costly supply chain errors and delays

Solution: Oracle log files are parsed by Spinner to identify critical messages and trigger a visual display to the operations staff and or trigger a pager call. The result is no missed critical messages.
